RSVP Singapore

The Organisation of Senior Volunteers is a non-profit organisation launched by the then Prime Minister, Mr Goh Chok Tong in October 1998.

It has over 1,000 members, a registered society under the Societies Act and an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC). It was awarded the NCSS Outstanding VWO Award 2010 for Innovation.

Its mission is two-fold: to provide opportunities for seniors to serve the community with their talent and experience and to make their lives meaningful through purpose-driven volunteerism. RSVP’s major programmes are Mentoring, Cyberguide, Mentally Disadvantaged Outreach, Active Ageing Seniors, Learning Journey/Senior Guiding, Silver IT Care, Hosting and RSVP Ageing-in-Place.
